Returns are subject to Spartan Athletic Fitness returns policy. There is a full 28 day returns policy for any product bought. Before making a return it’s important to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so our friendly customer service agent can firstly discuss the return and provide you with the correct address to send the item back to us. This option is in addition to your consumer rights to return defective products.
All our products go through a stringent quality assurance check process to maintain our high standard. Our goal is to always maintain the highest quality across our entire product line, but if for any reason we fall short all items must be returned back to us in the exact same condition as you received it or the return maybe rejected and sent back to you.
All returns will be checked by a customer service representative, all we ask is that you please ensure for all Items returned back to us that you adhere to the following guidelines:
If the item is a garment or wearable and has been tried on it has not been used in any form of training or exercise
There are no marks, scratches or signs of wear and tear on the item
The item has no bodily or animal hairs on the product
If the item is a garment or wearable it has not been washed in any way
The item is in its original condition with no product alterations
There are no stains, liquid marks or makeup marks on the item

A full photo/video of the defective item(s)

Once your goods are received, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account.
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
We will refund any money received from you equivalent to the full cost of the item(s) not including delivery charges.
